What Does a 1:1 Coaching Session Involve?

  • Free consultation to identify your goals and wellbeing needs

  • Weekly 45-minute coaching sessions, held via video call

  • Review of your progress at the start of each session

  • Personalised support across exercise, nutrition, sleep, rest, boundaries and routine

  • Encouragement and accountability to help you build momentum and stay on track

Note: A webcam and microphone are required to participate in online sessions.
