About
Taylor Wellbeing

Empowering people and organisations to reclaim their wellbeing through accessible, trauma-informed coaching.

After 20 years practicing as an integrative psychotherapist, I realised that long-term therapy isn't always accessible—especially for those navigating stress, burnout, or trauma in high-pressure environments. Many people need support now—something immediate, practical, and grounded.

That’s why I created Taylor Wellbeing: a short-term, trauma-informed coaching approach that supports individuals and teams with manageable steps—like breathwork, movement, routine, and emotional resilience. Our aim is to help clients feel more in control of their wellbeing, while offering flexible, expert-led support that fits into modern life.Empowering people and organisations to reclaim their wellbeing through accessible, trauma-informed coaching.

Why “Taylor”?

Taylor is my mother’s maiden name—a tribute to her resilience, strength, and lifelong commitment to public service. She worked in the NHS, returned to education at age 50 to study at Ruskin College in Oxford, and served as a school governor. Her values continue to guide the ethos of Taylor Wellbeing.

A deeply personal mission

This mission became even more personal following the passing of my sister in 2023 from a rare soft-tissue lung cancer. A former journalist and BBC local news reporter, she was part of an initiative championed by Dame Jocelyn Barrow to bring more diversity into journalism.

It was through my sister’s work that I first heard Dame Jocelyn quote tennis legend Arthur Ashe:

Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”

Those words stayed with me. Before she died, my sister left me with another powerful message:

Live a little for me.”

That message—and those words—became the heartbeat of Taylor Wellbeing. Wellbeing isn’t a luxury; it’s a way to begin again, to reclaim your energy, and to move forward with compassion, even in the face of loss or trauma.
